The owners of Sky should be ashamed of themselves. *LOL*
Definitely a superstar of the Chicago Sky Angel Reese She's having a stellar rookie season in the WNBA, having been named Rookie of the Month in June. League Record She recorded back-to-back double-doubles in a season and also set an all-time record.
While the legendary Candace Parker was the first to hold the record for consecutive double-doubles over two seasons, Reese now holds the record with 13 in a row. Even more impressive is that, unlike Parker, this record was achieved in the same season, and in Reese's rookie season. Well, Chicago Sky owner Michael J. Alter has decided to celebrate history being made, but he's also decided to be very stingy about it. *LOL*

Honestly, looking at this cake, it's easy to see why the WNBA never had success before Caitlin Clark.
That's not to say they didn't have talented players – we've already mentioned Parker, but they also had (and still have) some great gunners, such as: Kelsey Plum and Skylar Diggins Smithand there were other superstars. Diana Taurasi and Brittney GrinerWhy couldn't you leverage it? Why couldn't you bank it? Aja Wilson?!
Because they're insanely cheap. That's what's going on there.
