Honestly, looking at this cake, it's easy to see why the WNBA never had success before Caitlin Clark.

That's not to say they didn't have talented players – we've already mentioned Parker, but they also had (and still have) some great gunners, such as: Kelsey Plum and Skylar Diggins Smithand there were other superstars.
