Forêt offers non-traditional twists on breakfast favorites like avocado toast and French pastries, and each dish is paired with a fine cup of coffee to kick start your day.

MartAnne's Breakfast Palace is a family-owned cafe serving delicious Mexican breakfast food. The interior is unique and eclectic in design, providing a fun dining experience in addition to hearty meals. Josephine's Bistro is a casual fine dining restaurant located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. The building itself is historic, but the decor is cozy and inviting. “Everyone here is family,” says Chef Manny Ramirez of Josephine's.
The most popular dishes are the Diablo Shrimp, Mac & Cheese, and Chicken Saltimbocca, but Check, Please! Arizona guest Rhonda Mathis raved about the Braised Short Ribs with French Onions. “The meat is tender and juicy, and the sauce is really good,” she said. Proper Meats + Provisions is a butcher shop that offers a wide range of delicious sandwiches made with locally sourced ingredients. Owner Paul Moir emphasises the shop's attention to detail and desire to not only serve delicious food, but also products that customers can take home with them to their families.
