Browns running back Donta Foreman was injured during training camp on Thursday and was taken by helicopter to the hospital, the team announced.
The Cleveland Browns said in a statement that Foreman “was hit in the head and reported pain in his neck. He was transported by ambulance and is being flown by helicopter to a medical center in Roanoke, Virginia, for further evaluation.”
The NFL team noted that the 28-year-old has “movement in all four limbs.”
“X-rays and CT scan results were negative,” the team later updated. according to NFL: “He was released from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital this afternoon and is expected to rejoin the team.”

The Browns are scheduled to have one more day of practice on Friday at the Greenbriar Sports Center in West Virginia before returning to team headquarters in Berea, Ohio, according to the outlet.
According to the NFL, Foreman signed with the Browns this offseason and will enter his seventh season in the league. The running back previously played for the Chicago Bears, Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans and Tennessee Titans.
