Kendall Jenner has admitted that she has had mental health issues and said her career has taken a serious toll on her health.
Jenner spoke candidly about her feelings of loneliness and isolation on the “Anything Goes with Emma Chamberlain” podcast on August 1. The 28-year-old got emotional while sharing her experience. Explaining that her modeling job requires her to be away from loved ones for long periods of time, Jenner admitted that she didn't always cope well. “It's very lonely,” Jenner said. “I didn't go home for three months, I was on my own pretty much the whole time, and I had some really dark nights where I was going from city to city and crying myself to sleep hysterically,” she said.
Jenner expressed gratitude for the blessings she has been given, but said the challenges are very real for her.
“There were so many moments where I was like, 'What the heck is going on? Is this all worth it?'” Jenner said on the podcast.
“I wouldn't say I've had the most difficult journey here. I think I've been very fortunate,” she said, “but I also [being] “They end up working too much or not getting the job they really want.”

She spoke about the impact that constant travel has had on her life.
Jenner said it's tough when “there's really crazy stuff going on at home and you want to be there and then you're told you can't be.”

The model and reality TV star said she finds calming by “cleansing” in the shower or “soaking” in any form of water, noting that her Scorpio nature means she craves the comfort that water provides. Long walks and disconnecting from the digital world have also proven to be great stress relievers for Jenner.

“It's been really amazing to travel the world the way that I've done. If I didn't have this job, I probably wouldn't have been able to travel as much or do as much as I have. I've met so many amazing people,” she said.
