Joshua Malina's wife of nearly 28 years has reportedly filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
“The West Wing” star and Melissa Marwin married in 1996. Details listed in their court documents include: TMZ The couple divorced on August 5, but did not disclose a date for their separation. They share a daughter, Isabelle, 26, and a son, Avi, 22. During their time together, the couple kept their relationship largely private, aside from a few social media posts.

According to TMZ, the legal documents state that Marwin is not seeking child support or a custody agreement because his two children are adults, but he is asking for some form of spousal support from Marina. It is unclear if there is a prenuptial agreement.
Merwin appears to be seeking a straightforward resolution to end the breakdown in her marriage, and if all goes according to plan, the outlet reports that extensive court intervention is unlikely to be required.

Marina and Marwin began dating in 1992, when Marwin's sister Jennifer and former brother-in-law Timothy Busfield introduced them. Marwin was a costume designer at the time.
Malina is best known for her roles in “Scandal,” “Sports Night,” “The Big Bang Theory” and “The West Wing.”
