Shocking new allegations have emerged surrounding Friday's arrest of Nikki Bella's husband, Artyom Chigvintsev.
The former WWE star has broken his silence regarding Chigvintsev's arrest, releasing a statement through his representative.
“This is a private matter and Nikki requests privacy for her and her family at this time,” Garcia's rep said. Us Weekly.

According to recordings obtained by TMZ, the former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant told the 911 operator she needed medical assistance during her first call, but the second call, according to the outlet, played out very differently.
In the recording, the operator can be heard saying, “The call originally came in as a medical request, but now he's had an argument with his wife and she threw a shoe at RP.” [reporting party]According to TMZ:
“There is a child on scene. Medical treatment is ongoing,” the dispatcher continued, according to the call recording.

The 911 dispatcher can be heard pleading, “415 is active.” [disturbing the peace] According to the recording obtained by TMZ, there was a “culprit” behind the incident.
“RP says there is no need for medical care at this time,” a dispatcher can be heard saying in the recording, moments after Chigvintsev reportedly called off the request for ambulance service.

According to TMZ, the audio recording reveals the dispatcher saying there was a child in the home and that his wife had taken the child. The dispatcher also reportedly claimed in the recording that Garcia and Chigvintsev eventually became separated during the call. Police arrived about an hour later and found visible injuries on the alleged victim, the outlet reported. Chigvintsev was arrested for felony bodily injury to a spouse, according to TMZ.
