Dolphins Are Suffering From De’Von Achane, Raheem Mostert Injuries That Could Kill Their Chances Against Rival Bills

Maybe Achane and Mostert will be performing on Thursday night?!

In the next edition of Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime Video, my favorite team, the Miami Dolphins, takes on their rivals, the Buffalo Bills. You would think I would be more excited about this game than I am, but the situation is that they don't have much time to rest, and on top of that, they have two key injuries that could seriously slow their offense against Buffalo.

Prior to the Fins' Week 2 matchup, both star running backs Devon Achain (Ankle) and Raheem Mostert (chest) was listed as “did not practice” (DNP) on Miami's injury report on Monday. (RELATED: Commanders sack kicker Cade York like a hot potato after missing two field goals against Buccaneers)

In the Dolphins' season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami's leading runner was the running back. Jeff Wilson Jr. In the game against the Jaguars, 26 yards On five carries, Acchane was not particularly effective in the rushing game, but was outstanding through the air. On seven total receptions (catching 100% of his seven targets), Acchane recorded 76 receiving yards.

In the 2023 season, Mostert and Acchane combined to rush for over 1,800 yards and 26 touchdowns.

To make things even more nerve wracking, my fantasy football team (Miami Sharks, 1-0) will be playing the team that scored the most points in my league in Week 1… a nerve wracking week!
