Kumar Rocker will be making an appearance on the show!
The defending World Series champions, the Texas Rangers, No.1 Pitcher candidates Kumar Locker (2nd overall pick) to the Major League Baseball roster, with the right-handed pitcher scheduled to make his league debut on Thursday night on the road against the Seattle Mariners.
Texas Revealed Rocker's promotion came on Monday, a day off before the team played the Arizona Diamondbacks in a World Series rematch. The Rangers then played Seattle in a four-game series, losing 70-74. (RELATED: San Francisco Giants sign Matt Chapman to six-year, $151 million contract extension)
Rocker has appeared in 10 games for three Rangers affiliates since July 5, posting an impressive 1.96 ERA in that time. What's even more impressive is that his numbers are coming off a 2023 release following Tommy John surgery.
Rocker was selected third overall by the Rangers in the 2022 MLB Draft.

I'm glad the Texas Rangers changed their mind. I didn't understand why they were hesitant. You're 70-74 years old. 7.5 Gaming They fell from first place in the American League West, 6.0 Gaming They're in the back of the wild card spot, so they've got nothing to lose if they just call up the guy and let up on practice a little bit.
