According to the National Weather Service in Flagstaff, temperatures will drop to 68 degrees on Friday before rain starts late in the day. Highs will remain below normal through Saturday. Skies will clear on Sunday with temperatures rising to 74 degrees before warming into the mid 80s on Monday. Winds Thursday and Friday will be southwesterly at 15 to 25 mph.
Drivers on I-40 should stay updated on weather conditions as rain could make roads slippery. Residents should plan outdoor activities for Saturday as rain is most likely in the morning.
