Sedona Film Festival presents ‘Happy Clothes’ premiere Sept. 30-Oct. 3

Sedona News – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to announce the Northern Arizona premiere of “Happy Clothes: A Film About Patricia Field,” which will run in a limited run from September 30th to October 3rd at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre.

Happy Clothes offers a candid glimpse into the creative process and extraordinary life and career of costume designer Patricia Field, whose unique vision has influenced fashion and popular culture for nearly six decades.

When she opened her own clothing store in New York City in the early 1960s, Field was seen as a total stranger to success as a gay woman and first-generation American, but she proved to be a savvy businesswoman and her eponymous store became a must-see destination for travelers from around the world for 50 years.
