sedona news – Sedona Visual Artists Coalition (SVAC) 22th The annual exhibition opens to the public on Wednesday, October 3rd and runs through Monday, October 14th at the Sedona Arts Center in uptown Sedona. The exhibition will be held in the special exhibition room from 10am. Until 5pm. Monday to Saturday. Sunday hours are noon to 5 p.m.
An opening reception celebrating the artists is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 4 from 5 to 7 p.m. This is a popular event that provides an opportunity to meet member artists and learn more about our organization. Food and drinks will be provided and everyone is welcome to attend.
Thirty-one artists will be represented in more than 60 original works in a variety of media, including ceramics, painting, drawing, photography, textiles, pastels, watercolors, and mixed media. SVAC members represent artists from across the Verde Valley with unique perspectives in the visual arts. Our artists reflect a strong commitment to their personal expression and how it comes across to their audience. We invite you to enjoy the diverse creative expression of our members in a local gallery environment.
