MORGAN MURPHY: Let Israel Win The War

As the Biden-Harris administration wrings its hands and Europe cowers, Israel has just written a strategy on how to deal with terrorists. Spoiler alert: Ceasefire is not involved.

A nation under attack not only has the right to defend itself, but also has a sacred duty to protect its people. Civilized nations use deterrence to fend off attacks, but when that fails, swift and devastating targeted and organized violence ensues. A year ago October 7, 2023the world’s only Jewish state, suffered the worst systematic extermination of Jews since the war. holocaust. Surprise attack by Hamas demonstrated the worst of human behavior – very violent rape They reportedly crushed pelvic bones, mutilated infants as well as women and children, and tortured hostages. In many cases, the attackers knew the homes and families they killed and captured, thanks to Israeli intelligence. policy This allowed 17,000 Palestinians to work in Israel.

It took a year, but Israel has gained a foothold in the past three weeks, showing the United States and Europe how it will deal with Iran’s genocidal Islamists and its proxies in Gaza and Lebanon.

On September 17, the pagers of thousands of Hezbollah terrorists exploded, injuring hundreds and killing dozens. The next day, a follow-up attack caused the walkie-talkie to explode in the same way. Two days later, Israel returned its enemies to the days of soup cans and string.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke on September 27th. at the united nations In New York. his The warning was clear: “I have a message for you: Israel will win this battle. We will win this battle because we have no choice… Israel’s eternity is steadfast.”

Shortly after, the Israeli Air Force attacked Hezbollah’s headquarters. The attack killed Hezbollah’s sinister leader and dozens of senior officials in a fortified bunker 60 feet underground. Israeli intelligence knew that Hassan Nasrallah was monitoring the UN speech, so the last thing he saw was likely Bebe’s face.

The coup ended a weeks-long air campaign that targeted Lebanon’s 30-year stockpile of bunkers, missiles and ammunition. Israel filmed many of the attacks and subsequent explosions, proving the military legitimacy of the targets.

The response came not from Lebanon, but from Iran, which fired around 200 missiles at civilian targets in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Israel’s breathtaking air defenses, David’s Sling, Iron Dome, and Arrow interceptors shot it down in a spectacular display of technological superiority. The sophistication of Israel’s defenses led some unwise observers to question whether Iran intended to attack anything.

They did. For more than 45 years, the fanatical death cult that runs Iran has sought revenge against the United States, Europe, and especially Israel.

The hard truth remains. Deterrence only works if you believe your enemy will act. Israel understands this. As Israel’s fourth Prime Minister Golda Meir once said, they know that there is “nowhere else to go.” They fight not only for land, but also for survival.

In fact, Israel is at war with a variant of the same mind virus that caused September 11th, making it all the more galling that the Biden-Harris administration is trying to thread the political needle. Instead of steadfastly supporting one of their most loyal allies, Democrats are insisting that Israel has a “right to self-defense” while calling for a ceasefire.

They seek to preserve the Democratic Party’s traditional Jewish vote, while at the same time representing less-educated young people on America’s elite college campuses and fanatics such as Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.). The government is trying to appease the growing anti-Semitic forces.

If the president were truly protecting the best interests of the American people, the United States would help Israel impose dire consequences for Iranian aggression by destroying its nuclear program. Instead, the US president called on Israel to remove Iran’s nuclear weapons from its target list. “The answer is no,” Biden chided. In a world where adversaries value power above all else, it seems that Israel and Prime Minister Netanyahu must continue to lead the West.
