Photographic evidence of vials allegedly used by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his staff to put date rape drugs into drinks has reportedly been submitted to court.
According to reports, the alleged victim provided a photo of the disgraced mogul dancing at a party, as well as an image of a plastic vial allegedly used to put GHB in the unsuspecting victim’s drink. It is said that he did. Page 6. The images are part of a 19-page document filed by attorney Tony Buzbee in New York federal court on Sunday, showing Diddy was surrounded by vodka and women at a party at the Planet Hollywood Hotel. Page Six reports that the photo was taken.

Buzbee said he represents more than 120 victims who have come forward with accusations against Diddy, and the latest filing alleges that Diddy sexually assaulted more than seven victims, including a 13-year-old boy at the time. He claims he assaulted her, Page Six reported. The alleged female victim claimed that Diddy and two other celebrities raped her at an afterparty following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards event.
According to Page Six, court documents say, “Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with crazy eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘I’m ready to party!'”

Buzbee said he has filed at least five new civil lawsuits in the Southern District of New York this week, in which one man and all three women allege that Diddy drugged them. Page 6 reported that.
Diddy’s team refuted the allegations in a statement to Page Six.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: Is Mr. Combs an adult or a minor? , he has never committed sexual assault against anyone, male or female,” they said.
Diddy was arrested and charged in September with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution, and remains behind bars after failing to make bail twice. (Related: New legal filing adds rape allegation video to Diddy’s growing legal woes: Report)
He remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
