What else do you expect from Yankees fans?
On Saturday night, the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers met in Game 2 of the World Series, and the Boys in Blue won again, taking a 2-0 lead in the Fall Classic. Los Angeles is 4-2 victory. That being said, it’s the off-field scenes that have people tearing it up on social media, and it also involves an injury to a Dodgers superstar. Shohei Otani. In the bottom of the seventh inning at Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles held a 4-1 lead against the Pinstripes. Dodgers left fielder Teoscar Hernandez Standing at bat against a New York relief pitcher clay holmesOtani was placed on first base in a two-out situation.
Following Holmes-Hernandez’s first pitch, Ohtani attempted to steal second base, but ended up getting thrown, ending the inning for Los Angeles. However, things got even worse for the Dodgers as Ohtani injured his shoulder while sliding.

Well, not long after that, a video of Yankees fans celebrating Ohtani’s injury started going viral, and…seriously, what else do you expect from New York fans? (New Yorker, period)
