The weather in Yavapai County hasn’t looked like baseball weather lately, but that doesn’t stop the Roughriders from returning to the diamond. Compete against the Community College Fighting Artichoke.

The Roughriders will begin their first action in 2023, taking on the Fighting Artichokes in Scottsdale, Arizona on Friday, January 27, with Game 1 of the doubleheader scheduled to start at noon.
The next day, the Roughriders will host the Fighting Artichoke at Bradshaw Mountain High School in Prescott Valley, Arizona, with the first pitch for Game 1 set for noon.
Live stats from all four games and live streaming of Saturday’s game can be found at GoRoughriders.com/LiveSaturday’s game at Bradshaw Mountain is also free for fans, as there is no admission charge.

Friday’s doubleheader in Scottsdale is also the first day of Scottsdale. Last season he went 22-28 overall in his artichoke fights, and he went 13-25 in the conference.
