Democratic Rep. Seth Moulton Says He Doesn’t Want His Daughters To Get ‘Run Over’ By Men Playing Sports

Democratic Massachusetts Rep. Seth Moulton on Wednesday criticized his party’s focus on identity politics, saying he doesn’t want his daughters to be “run over” by men playing sports.

“I have two little girls and I don’t want them to be run over by men or former male athletes on the field,” Moulton told New York Times reporter Reid Epstein.

“But as a Democrat, I should be afraid to say that,” he concluded.

Moulton was not the only Democrat to blame identity politics for the party’s electoral failures.
