Legendary actor Denzel Washington has casually teased a role in an upcoming movie that is sure to excite his devoted fans.
Washington spoke about his role in Ridley Scott’s Gladiator II in an interview with Australia’s Today show on Nov. 11, before branching out into a conversation about his career. Washington revealed that a special role was created for him in the film. Regarding the upcoming “Black Panther,” he detailed his plans for future movie roles.
The 69-year-old star admitted his career is winding down and he won’t be appearing in many more films, but he rhymed about his plans for the future.
“Especially at this point in my career, I’m only interested in working with the best people,” he said.
“I don’t know how many more films I’ll make, but I don’t think there will be many. I’d like to do something I’ve never done before.”
Looking back on his career in Hollywood, he said, “I played Othello at 22 years old, and now I’m going to play Othello at 70.”

Washington told Today that he has plans for his future role and is already in the works.
“Then I got to play Hannibal. Then I talked to Steve McQueen about the movie, and then Ryan Coogler decided to write my part in the next ‘Black Panther,'” he said. said.
There has never been any indication that “Black Panther 3” is in development.

Coogler co-wrote and directed 2018’s Oscar-winning “Black Panther” and its 2022 sequel, “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.”
