The Kingman-Lee Williams High School women’s basketball team defeated the Mingus Union 54-42 on Tuesday, January 24.
The volunteer press turned out to be too much for the looters. “We were very offensive and were able to play tough defense without fouling,” head coach Jerry Alave said.
Freshman Adi Prisciandarro and senior Rebecca Alave led Lee Williams with 16 points each, and Alave added 10 rebounds. Junior Chelsea Torrey had 11 points.

Kingman – The Kingman High School girls’ basketball team’s six-game win came to an end when they were upset by the Bradshaw Mountain Bears 50-48 on Wednesday, January 25th.
Bradshaw Mountain held onto the win, building a nine-point lead with just under four minutes remaining.
Arave leads Lee Williams with 12 points.
Kingman 69, River Valley 17
Kingman – Kingman defeated River Valley 69-17 in the high school basketball game on Tuesday, January 24.
Kingman improved to 8-5 with the win. No statistics were available.

Kingman – The Kingman High School boys’ basketball team visited River Valley on Tuesday, January 24, winning 61-44.
Junior Logan Drummond led Kingman with 16 points, while junior Neo Walema and senior Dominic McKinney added 13 and 12 points respectively.
Walema had 10 rebounds and seven assists.

KINGMAN – The Mingus Union defeated Lee Williams 59-51 in the men’s basketball game on Tuesday, January 24.

Avondale-Kingman Academy High School’s men’s basketball team beat St. John Paul by just 15 points on Tuesday, January 23, 43-15.
