Alleged drug possession leads to arrest in Fort Mohave | Kingman Daily Miner

Fort Mojave — Deputies for the Mojave County Sheriff’s Department arrested Nathan Orsick, 50, of Bullhead City on suspicion of drug possession.

Agents implemented a traffic stop during a routine patrol in the area of ​​E. Camp Mohave Road and Highway 95 in Fort Mohave on Sunday, January 29, according to an MCSO news release. He did a driver’s record check during the stop and found that he had an outstanding warrant.

During a post-arrest search, Orsic was found in possession of a small bag containing methamphetamine, which he allegedly attempted to dispose of during the search. In addition to the warrant, he was arrested for possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, and multiple vehicle violations.

In the same case, Kelly Henson, 55, of Mohave Valley, was arrested for drug possession and drug paraphernalia. Henson was found to be in possession of a fentanyl tablet. She was pulled over at the scene and released.

Orsick was transferred without incident to the Mojave County Adult Detention Facility and booked on the above charges.
