“All work done by the Fellows is fully identified and managed by their respective government officials, not by the centre,” Seeic Energy Director & Deputy Director Jessica Bell told DCNF in an email. “The Fellowship Program provides the Attorney General with additional resources to deploy at discretion. The sole duty of fellow loyalty is to the Attorney General of the office they serve.”
