“After this question, it is very clear that these policies are active and lively in all cities, directly violating Title 8 Code, Subsection 1324, a federal crime,” Luna told the mayor. “But you’re all talking about the broken immigration system, and here you’re supporting and relying on that whole process. “I don’t think you’re bad people, but I think you’re ideologically misunderstood. So, unfortunately, based on your answer, I’m all going to be criminally mentioning you to the Department of Justice for an investigation, and as soon as I leave, these will go to Pam Bondi,” Luna continued. “I’m not trying to bully you, but I believe your policies are hurting Americans, and I can let you know that with evidence that you can present the Department of Justice. But if you continue doing what you’re doing, you won’t help anyone, you’ll hurt more people, and that’s exactly why I’m tired of it. Americans are tired of it.”
