The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has introduced a large number of new diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives under the Biden-Harris Administration, according to a report released Wednesday.
NASA has issued guidelines to staff on how to better support employees experiencing “gender transition” and has enacted a variety of DEI-related initiatives over the past four years on how to implement coursework that has significantly promoted diversity. The agency also spent a large amount of money on DEI-related contracts between 2021 and 2024. For example, we fired $2,366,122 at LMI consulting to “incorporate and deeply engrave” NASA’s “built-in” DEI and accessibility of “culture and business” in culture and business for an additional $182,281 for “diversity training.” Another contract with the NeuroLeadership Institute provided $90,000 for “diversity training,” the report found.
NASA also provides Cook Ross, Inc. for “gender identity and sexual orientation training.” was awarded a $74,000 grant. Relatedly, the report found that NASA promoted coursework, including a book called “Live Beyond Lip Service: A Coaching Guide for Challing Bias.” “Moving needles towards real progress requires a deeper level of candidity and vulnerability.”
NASA has also released “Executive Performance Management” document This shows that the 2023 Executive Performance Plan has been “updated to include diversity, equity and inclusion.” This means that staff’s work performance is assessed for how closely they fit their staff with Dei Ideology.
Some of the proposed actions in the documentation promoted the DEI highly. They practice “alliances,” emphasizing “social justice and inclusion,” and strive to “promote the interests of underrepresented or marginalized groups.”

A variety of companies have been reducing DEI policies over the past year amid increasing scrutiny from consumers, shareholders and conservative activists, including Walmart, Boeing and Lowes.
