EXCLUSIVE: State Lawmakers Alert DOJ To ‘Ethical Issues’ With Trans Advocate Fighting Trump’s Child Sex Change Order

Leaders of the Arizona State Legislature said that the enemy who supports President Donald Trump’s executive orders supported enforcement orders to protect children from chemical and surgical amputations may have plagiarized some of his expert reports (DOJ).

“Dr. Schumer was an expert witness under his previous administration and is now an expert witness against the United States, so I write to guide important legal and ethical issues to your attention,” wrote Arizona Senate Speaker Warren Peterson and Arizona Senate President Steve Montenegro.

Submitted by Arizona Legislature leaders motion On March 5th, Schumer’s testimony excludes testimony from their cases because of “many cases of his expert reports that contain the same or substantially identical language as other expert witnesses, without attribution.” Shumer has received around $150,000 over the past four to five years and is offering expert testimony to the state’s ban on child-sex change procedures.

Schumer initially denied that he had plagiarized it, but he later admitted that he “confirmed it was a mistake not to cite other experts.”

Schumer previously worked with Biden’s DOJ to serve as an expert witness in a case against Alabama’s ban on child-rearing, claiming that the contract with the government didn’t end until early February. “We don’t know the exact date when the Justice Department fired Dr. Schumer and Washington state retained Dr. Schumer,” the letter continues. “However, the Timeline raises doubts about whether Dr. Schumer began his job against the United States while still serving as a witness to the United States.”

“The Justice Department may want to assess whether Dr. Schumer complied with his retention agreement and other obligations that had been applied to him while he was a witness in the United States.”

Arizona Legislature leaders also suggested that the DOJ should investigate whether Schumer’s testimony “supposes a perjury issue.”

“He claimed that the words in the report were him,” they wrote. “He testified that he had taken the sources identified in the report and distilled them in his own words.”
