‘I’m Cautiously Optimistic’: Doug Ford Strongly Recommends Canada ‘Not To Retaliate’ Against Trump’s Tariffs

Ontario Prime Minister Doug Ford urged Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney to avoid retaliation against the tariffs announced Wednesday by President Donald Trump.
