Arizona man allegedly shot at sheriff’s helicopter with deputies on board

A man accused of firing a helicopter from the Sheriff’s Office in Southern Arizona has been arrested.

What we know:

Yuma County The sheriff’s office says deputies were on a helicopter on June 13th, commanding a routine aerial patrol. Datalandabout 118 miles southwest Phoenixwhen they saw someone standing outside and pointing at Chopper.

“The deputies then heard about the impact on the aircraft and noticed that they had been damaged by debris inside the cabin.” YCSO said. “The helicopter safely landed in a hangar where the crew could further examine the aircraft. A projectile puncture was found and confirmed that the helicopter had been shot with a firearm.”

The deputies on board the helicopter were not injured.

Prince Mubarak, 51, is said to have fired a fire with a helicopter of the Yuma County Sheriff, who is home to the captain. The prince is accused of attempted murder. (YCSO)

Investigators say they were able to identify the suspect as Dataland, 51-year-old Prince Mubarak.

Authorities served as a search warrant for Prince’s house, and he was arrested.

The prince is accused of three counts of first attempt murder.
