Most of us answer the wellness question, “How are you?” You’re probably expecting the same response from others with a half-hearted “fine,” but what does that mean really good? Taking time to understand health and what it means to us and others is the goal of this year’s 2025 Yavapai County Mental Health Conference in Prescott.

The theme of the meeting is “exploring the dimensions of health,” where attendees learn how to navigate and connect to resources through multiple aspects of wellness to balance themselves and other dimensions.

According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency (SAMHSA), in order to truly go well, we must strive to have healthy social, emotional, mental, intellectual, physical, environmental, economic and professional happiness.
