The older woman reportedly accused Vanessa Getty of crashing her Porsche Teikan into a parked car, causing traumatic brain damage.
The spouse of billionaire oil massive Bill Getty allegedly drove her to a car that costs up to $100,000, into Mary Riley’s parked car. According to New York Post. Getty crashed into another woman’s 2008 Mercedes-Benz in San Francisco on March 28, 2024, in San Francisco, according to court documents filed June 18th in San Francisco.
“A sudden, a vehicle driven by defendant Vanessa Louise Getty collided violently with the plaintiff’s parking vehicle,” the lawsuit allegedly.

Riley, 66, claimed he would undergo “orthopedic and traumatic brain injuries.”
According to the lawsuit, Getty got into the vehicle when “they were unable to use reasonable care,” and “they were unable to use reasonable care,” and was “they were unable to use reasonable care,” making them “negligence.” This is said to have caused a collision
“According to the police report, Getty told the offer she was distracted because she was looking for glasses,” said Riley’s lawyer, Quinton Cutlip. I said San Francisco standard. “Mr. Getty apologised on the scene for negligence.”
Cutlip claimed that Riley was taken to hospital after the collision and continued to receive treatment for her injuries.
