Former Democratic strategist Dan Trenne explained on Fox News on Thursday why not a prominent Democrat hasn’t expressed support for New York mayoral candidate Zoran Mamdani.
Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer and House minority leader Hakem Jeffries announced on Wednesday that they were arranging a meeting with Mamdani. When appearing in “Ingraham’s Angle,” Trenne was overwhelmed by why the two leaders were not supporting Mamdani.

Trente said the reluctance of these prominent Democrats to support Mamdani is a sign of deeper concern within the party.
