Rather than easing the financial burden on families, they’re sitting on a budget surplus and haven’t eliminated state income taxes, even as neighboring states have reduced or removed theirs. Instead of trimming bloated institutions, they have quietly raised salaries and benefits while flooding the committees with conservative bills.

This isn’t what fiscal conservatism looks like; it feels more like a convenient excuse.

The Tuberville Campaign Is Our Fight

What distinguishes Tuberville is his willingness to name names and challenge the status quo. Just as Trump exposed corruption in Washington, Tuberville is prepared to shine a light on insider dealings in Montgomery.

As we did nationally in 2016 and 2020, Alabama conservatives need to rise up and reclaim our state. Tuberville’s campaign should be the rallying point for a new generation of leaders who want to steer clear of backroom deals and bureaucratic nonsense. They aim to restore Alabama to its conservative foundation.
