HudsonAlpha and gener8tor invite AgTech startups to join the HudsonAlpha AgTech Accelerator

Hudsonalpha Agtech Accelerator Launches with Gener8Tor

The Hudsonalpha Agtech Accelerator, in partnership with Gener8Tor, is set to promote sustainable agriculture practices and innovative AGTECH solutions. This initiative aims to support businesses that are addressing critical challenges in the agriculture sector.

Beginning in Spring 2025, the Hudsonalpha Institute for Biotechnology will kick off a new cohort of accelerators utilizing Gener8tor, a global venture accelerator. This program presents a unique chance for early-stage agricultural startups to showcase their technology, secure funding, and expand their operations.

Christopher Udal, managing director of accelerators, expressed enthusiasm about the initiative, stating, “We look forward to accelerating the best and brightest startups that will help alleviate agricultural inefficiencies. By leveraging Hudsonalpha’s expertise alongside the Gener8tor network, we aim to foster innovation that drives significant change in agriculture.”

By collaborating with Gener8tor, Hudsonalpha aspires to enhance economic diversity and job growth in North Alabama, with backing from the Innovate Alabama Tax Credit Program.

Founders participating in the accelerator will have a platform to present their ideas to investors, community partners, and the public. The following companies are set to join the program:
