Realty Executives International Reveals Coordinated Leadership in Arizona

Realty Executives International Restructures Arizona Operations

Realty Executives International has announced plans to revise its ownership framework throughout Arizona, particularly in the Phoenix and Yuma markets. This consolidation aims to bring the real estate executives in the state under a single ownership entity. The organization has roots in Phoenix, dating back 60 years, and has since grown to include over 5,500 agents.

As part of this restructuring, Realty Executives International will not be renewing its agreement with the current franchise in Phoenix. Instead, the company is extending an invitation to around 600 existing agents in the Phoenix and Yuma areas to join this newly integrated international network. Jeff Murtag, who has successfully led the Tucson office, will now also manage operations in both Phoenix and Yuma.

“We are honored to take on this expanded leadership role,” Murtag commented in a statement. “The agents in Phoenix and Yuma are incredibly skilled and have a strong bond with our community. We’re excited to offer an environment that allows us to flourish, develop, and be acknowledged as leaders in the industry.”

Agents making the switch to the new Realty Executives in Phoenix will retain access to current branding, signage, and marketing materials. Interestingly, the company hasn’t specified any monthly fees for agents who join the unified brokerage by July 31st for the initial six months.

“This initiative is designed to simplify and enhance the real estate executive network in Arizona,” noted Patrick van Den Bossche, president of Realty Executives International. “We aim to cultivate a more robust and united platform that supports our agents, clients, and communities.”

The revamped Arizona Network of Real Estate Executives will further benefit from the financial and strategic guidance of David Tedesco, CEO and founder of Outlier, who is also an ownership partner with Realty Executives International.

“We are excited to reintegrate the Phoenix and Yuma markets into the core of our Arizona operations after the previous franchise arrangements,” Tedesco remarked. “Our vision is to establish the strongest real estate network in the state, which involves investing in outstanding talent, tools, and leadership.”
