A ‘Classified’ Congressional UFO Briefing Is Kicking Off 2024. Here’s Why It’s Suspicious

Members of the House Oversight Committee are scheduled to have a classified hearing on UFO/UAP on January 12th, and it feels very suspicious.

2023 was the most frustrating year for UFO researchers. After hearing lawmakers for months argue about the importance of disclosing taxpayer-funded UFO research data, we have absolutely nothing to show for their “efforts.” There was nothing left either. And predictably, in 2024, those same people are already spending money and time holding private meetings about the exact same nonsense. according to To Axios.

I don't think UFOs and UAPs are crap. They are very likely to be real. All conspiracy theories about aliens and their technology may turn out to be true. But I don't think members of Congress will be told anything about this from the Department of Defense, and there's certainly nothing practical and meaningful that can be communicated to the public. So why are they holding this meeting?

My intuition tells me that the only reason this conference is being held is either a distraction tactic or a dangle of hope to millions of people around the world who just want to know the truth. This session could be used to strategize the best means to develop a fake UFO story year-round (that wouldn't surprise me).

What is certain is that this conference will not result in anything substantive regarding ufology. But it would distance these lawmakers from the issues that threaten Americans every day. (Related: Everything you need to know about the strangest UFOs of 2023)

These members are Republican Representatives Tim Burchett and Andy Ogles of Tennessee, Democratic Representative Jared Moskowitz of Florida, Republican Representative Paulina Rauna, Republican Representative Nancy Mace of South Carolina, It appears to be Republican Montana Congressman Eric Burlison. As far as UFOs go, I'll be very interested to see if any of them accomplish anything in 2024. But for now, I'm confident they won't.
