At least one pro-life demonstrator was attacked while standing outside a family planning clinic during an event in Washington DC on Saturday.
A man in a blue and orange shirt is seen attacking a member of the Progressive Anti-Abortion Alliance (PAAU) on the sidewalk, according to the video. Posted PAAU founder Teresa Bukovinak said on Twitter: A woman in a white shirt shouted at the PAAU demonstrators and got into a scuffle, but two “clinic guards” appeared to try to calm the situation. In a post, Bukovinac said police had refused to press charges against the man and the woman. A video posted to Twitter did not show the beginning of the altercation.
