Accrol deal with Unilever; Harland & Wolff optimistic

Accrol Group Holdings PLC – Private label toilet roll manufacturer based in Blackburn, England – has entered into a licensing agreement with Unilever PLC for the exclusive manufacture and distribution of one of Lifebuoy’s branded kitchen towel products. The deal is part of a strategy to expand into more profitable third-party licensed brands, he said. “Unilever’s selection of his Accroll to market his Lifebuoy kitchen towels is a testament to our business capabilities and growing reputation in the market.”

Harland & Wolff Group Holdings PLC – an infrastructure project operator whose assets include a Belfast shipyard – backlog of confirmed contract revenues totaling £900 million over seven years. It has a ‘weighted pipeline of new business’ of over £3.6 billion in revenue over the next five years. At a close rate of 34%, this equates to a backlog of approximately £1.24 billion. In 2023, from £100m he expects to earn £115m. In 2024, he expects this to go from £200m to £230m. We are targeting cash flow breakeven in 2024.

Plexus Holdings PLC – Engineering Services Provider – Completed sublease of Burnside House, Dyce, Aberdeen. Bradda’s Verde Grande transfers his 55 to Arizona Lithium. “The company confirms that the transfer of 55 claims to AZL will not have a material impact on the company’s development of his Wikieup lithium project,” he adds.

Versarien PLC – England-based engineering materials company Cheltenham – says sportswear company Umbro’s ProTraining Elite series using Versarien’s Graphene-Wear technology has been launched. “Versarien has been working with Umbro since 2018 and these are the first products to be launched in Europe incorporating the company’s technology. It is printed with Versarien’s Graphene-Wear ink formulation,” the company added.

Aeorema Communications PLC – London-based live events agency – Says expects to post revenue of £7m in the first half of the financial year ending 30 June, up from £4.9m 12 months ago . Up from GBP255,677, we expect a pre-tax profit of over GBP325,000. “Looking ahead to the rest of fiscal 2023, the outlook remains positive for the company. Heading into the final months of fiscal year 2023, the pipeline looks strong and we expect this revenue growth to continue,” Aeorema added.
