After Jessica Chastain complained that her $15 refund from the airline wasn’t enough, many criticized her.
The famous actress said she boarded the six-hour JetBlue flight with husband Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo, but was disappointed to discover that the entertainment system was not working. Ms. Chastain complained to JetBlue management, and the company provided her with a $15 credit. But that wasn’t enough, and she became even more dissatisfied with the issue, which led some fans to tell the star that she was being snobby, especially when it came to timing.
A JetBlue Airways service representative responded to Chastain’s rant on Twitter, reminding the actress that she had already received a refund. Chastain responded by saying the airline’s $15 refund is not enough. She expressed her dissatisfaction by pointing out that the flight cost $1,500 and the credit was only 1% of the amount she paid.
The agent then asked the famous actress to send a direct message if she wanted JetBlue to further investigate the matter, which apparently irritated the actress even more. She told the agent that she was a TrueBlue account holder and a loyal customer, but the agent responded that there wasn’t much else he could do.

One social media user wrote, “People in North Carolina just watched their loved ones and homes washed away, but the real tragedy was that Jessica Chastain (net worth $50 million) had a functioning TV on her plane. “I didn’t do that,” he wrote. Thoughts and prayers. ”
