AG Pam Bondi Announces Federal Judge’s Nonsensical Decision Regarding Trans Athlete Is Now Under Review

Get it, Pam!

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy has issued an order with the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate a situation in which New Hampshire parents have been able to protest against transgender (biological male) athletes.

Visiting Twitter, it was announced by Bondi on Tuesday that it had requested the DOJ Civil Rights Division to “investigate” the situation in New Hampshire. News from Bondi follows a federal judge who ruled Monday that parents were banned from pink wristbands reading “XX” and referring to women’s sex chromosomes.

“I asked the Civil Rights Division to look into this issue. This DOJ is standing with a woman and her supportive parents,” Bondi said in response to a tweet from conservative star Riley Gaines about the situation. (Related: Gov. in September 2024multiple parents came equipped with a “xx” pink wristband in protest against a transgender athlete named Parker Tirell. The incident declined during high school girls’ soccer games.

Bow and Dumbarton school district supervisor Mercy Kelly responded to their parents’ wristbands, handing out notices of trespassing to them. The order has expired since then.

The district was hit by a lawsuit by its parents, claiming that the district had violated its First Amendment rights. They asked the judge to allow the school’s functions to wear “XX” wristbands and carry signs during the lawsuit.

US District Judge Stephen McAuliffe, appointed by President George H.W. Bush, ruled in the district’s favor, saying it was reasonable in stopping parents’ protests.
