The Alabama Retail Association, through the Alabama Retail PAC, endorses the campaigns of 11 candidates seeking statewide office in the 2024 election.

The 4,300-member organization announced its endorsement of the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, and the chairman of the Alabama Civil Service Commission.

Association leaders said these newly confirmed officials will provide a boost to retailers across Alabama.

“The Alabama Retail Association believes these candidates understand retailers and will provide a fair hearing to retailer interests,” said Michael Gee, president of the Alabama Retail Association.

1st Place, Jury Judge – Judge Chris McCool

2nd Place, Jury Judge – Judge Tommy Bryan

3rd Place, Associate Judge – Justice Will Sellers

4th Place, Jury Judge – Judge Jay Mitchell

Alabama Court of Civil Appeals:

1st place, Judge Christy Edwards

2nd place, Judge Chad Hanson

3rd Place, Judge Terry A. Moore

Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals:

1st place, Judge Richard Miner

2nd place, Thomas Govan

3rd place, Judge Bill Cole

Alabama Public Service Commission Chairman:
