Alan Dershowitz Says He’s Certain How Supreme Court Will Rule On Woke Curriculum And Parents’ Rights Case

Alan Delschitz said he is confident that the Supreme Court is on his side with parents who challenge awakened curriculum duties and calls the case “easy.”

The Supreme Court hears a lawsuit filed by Maryland parents who say the Montgomery County Board of Education violated First Amendment rights by denialing the ability to choose a child from lessons featuring LGBTQ-themed picture books. When he appeared in “Records with Greta Van Susterlen,” Dershowitz said the Supreme Court likely controls his parents in favour of his.

“This is a simple case. I love doing the right thing about my predictions. This is not even a challenge. It’s a parent’s right to pick up a child from the propaganda teachings about gay rights and other social issues. It is upheld by the Supreme Court,” Dershowitz said.

Dershowitz added that the courts can control 6-3 to support their parents, perhaps even gaining support from Liberal justice.

“It’s a 6-3 decision, or maybe even some of the liberals. Some of the liberal justice saw the problem with this meaning. Well, what else can parents oppose?” Dershowitz asked.

Dershowitz described the growing intertwining of identity politics and foreign policy.

“Today, gay rights are very mixed with political rights. Yesterday, CNN had a big program, where there was a trans woman standing in front of a massive cheering crowd saying, “Unless you oppose Israel and call Israel a genocide state, you can’t support trans rights,” Dershowitz said. “What? Can’t we support gay rights? We cannot support women’s rights unless we oppose Israel. Israel is the only country in the Middle East that supports transgender rights and gay rights.”

Dershowitz said this ambiguity in civil rights and political activity further increases the chances of courts in favor of their parents. (Related: Exclusive: Blue State Schools facing Trump’s Management Survey helped hundreds of children change gender last year)

“But these people believe that today’s gay rights cannot be separated from political stance under the intersectionality, a movement that unites gay rights, climate rights and other rights,” Dershowitz said. “And that would be a very simple case for the Supreme Court. I wouldn’t be surprised if this approached unanimity.”

The district initially allowed religious opt-outs, but later reversed the course and refused to even inform parents about the LGBTQ-themed curriculum.
