According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the accuser claims that Diddy drugged and raped her when she was just 10 years old.

The alleged victim, known only as John Doe, filed a lawsuit in New York state on Monday. TMZ. He claimed that he traveled to New York with his parents to audition for Diddy in the summer of 2005, but the famous rapper requested to meet him alone before involving his family.

Ms. Doe claimed that she was drugged and recalled that Mr. Diddy told her, “Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do.” According to TMZ, he claims Diddy exposed his penis and forced him to perform oral sex on him.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit filed by Tony Buzbee alleges that Doe passed out and that Diddy raped him.

Doe said he was promised stardom when he met Diddy at a hotel near Madison Square Garden. He claimed to have rapped a few songs for Diddy, and Diddy told him he could be a star. He said in the lawsuit that when he asked Diddy how much he wanted to be a star, he replied, “I’ll do anything.” According to TMZ, he claimed that one of Diddy’s camp members offered him a soda at the time, which he found “kind of funny.” Doe believes it contained GHB or ecstasy, according to documents.

Doe claimed that his pants were open when he was caned. He said in his filing that he was lethargic and was still feeling the effects of the drug allegations. According to TMZ, he called his parents and claimed at the time that Diddy threatened to hurt them if he revealed the incident.

According to TMZ, Doe told her parents, but her family claimed they did not report the alleged rape to authorities because of threats from Diddy.

Doe’s filing says the rape charges have left her with nightmares and that she was unable to have a normal childhood.

He is suing Didi against all the companies owned by the tycoon for gender-based violence and is seeking damages.

According to TMZ, Diddy’s defense team maintains the disgraced rapper’s innocence.

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is more interested in media attention than the truth, as evidenced by his constant media appearances and 1-800 address. As previously stated, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even when responding to seemingly ridiculous or patently false claims,” they told TMZ. Diddy’s team continued: “The truth will prevail. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor. That’s true.”
