Alleged Rape Video Added To Diddy’s Mounting Legal Woes In New Legal Filing: REPORT

A woman named Tahlia Graves claims that Sean “Diddy” Combs raped her and recorded the incident on video in her lawsuit.

Graves claims she was raped in New York City in 2001 by Diddy, who was 25 at the time, and his security chief, Joseph Sherman. TMZAccording to court documents, Graves was persuaded to accompany Diddy and Sherman to a meeting. According to TMZ, Graves claims in his lawsuit that he was given a drink that was “likely laced with drugs that ultimately caused him to temporarily lose consciousness.”

According to TMZ, she claimed that after waking up she found herself tied up and restrained, and that she had been sexually assaulted by Diddy and Sherman.

As TMZ reports, Graves says in her lawsuit that the two men began raping her, both anally and vaginally, and she claims the assault left her traumatized and led to suicidal thoughts.

Graves also reportedly said she didn't report the incident out of fear, given the power Diddy and Sherman had over her. According to TMZ, she claimed she feared they would carry out their threats to destroy her if she spoke out about the attack. Graves said she didn't know the incident was videotaped until November 2023, at which point she claimed she discovered they had kept evidence of a “horrific rape.”

According to TMZ, Graves said the alleged video was shown to several men in an attempt to publicly denigrate and humiliate her and her partner. When she realized the alleged video was out there and could be out there at any time, she again considered suicide, according to court documents.

The media report said she was undergoing extensive psychological treatment following the alleged rape. (RELATED: Social media goes crazy as haunting Diddy video resurfaces)
