An alleged female victim has filed a lawsuit alleging that “celebrities of both sexes” took part in her rape by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs when she was a minor.

Variety reported that Jane Doe was planning to attend the MTV Video Music Awards, but was unable to do so without a ticket. According to Variety, Doe claimed that after having one drink, she “started feeling dizzy and lightheaded” and managed to make it to her bedroom to lie down. Mr. Combs has repeatedly denied all charges against him and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
