The American League beats the National League again…shocking.
Pittsburgh Pirates rookie Paul Skenes Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani got off to a historic start in the All-Star Game, hitting a huge home run against the National League, and it was clear the game's biggest stars were in attendance, but that said, it was a former top prospect who stole the show on Tuesday night.

Duran is the first Boston player to hit a home run in an All-Star Game since Adrian Gonzalez in 2011. He is the fifth Red Sox player to win the game's MVP award, the last being J.D. Drew in 2008.
The American League has won 10 of the last 11 All-Star Games.

It was thought that the addition of Shohei Ohtani to the National League would change that, but unfortunately that has not been the case.
