MGM+ on Saturday released the trailer for “From,” one of the most underrated and chilling horror series in modern history.
It would take less than a day to watch the first two series of what is arguably the greatest horror television series of all time.fromStarring Lost icon Harold Perrineau, the show blends everything we loved about Lost with everything Lost could have been if it had been good enough to stand the test of time. Or whatever the writers might have thought at the time.
The rest of the ensemble cast brings together the best elements of the apocalyptic, horror, monster, fantasy and indie genres to perfectly craft a true nightmare that has something for everyone, even if you're not a fan of mainstream scary stuff.
It is beyond me why this series is not currently ranked among the best in the world. I am grateful to have found it and I think you will be too once you try it. (Related: “From” is the best show no one's talking about. Why you should watch it)
Warning: There are spoilers ahead, so read on.
Apparently, we'll pick up right where we left off last time: In the heartbreaking Season 2 finale, Tabitha (Catalina Sandino Moreno) found herself free: She was thrown off the lighthouse by that creepy sailor boy and officially back in the real world.

But this was only the beginning of her nightmare. Can you imagine finding out your family is trapped in that place and not being able to tell anyone because no one will believe you? I can't wait to see how this storyline unfolds. I know it's going to be painful. (Related: Netflix Announces New Horror Series “Something Very Bad Happens” and we totally agree)
As for the remaining characters, we'll just have to wait and see. It's impossible to predict what will happen next, so we can only hope that they continue to rise.
The series returns on MGM+ on September 22nd, so I'm sure you already know what you'll be doing that weekend.
