Anonymous ‘High Profile Individual’ Files Lawsuit Against Attorney Representing Alleged Diddy Victims: REPORT

An anonymous person identifying himself as a “prominent individual” has filed a lawsuit against Tony Buzbee, claiming that the attorney representing more than 120 alleged Diddy victims was trying to blackmail him. .

The plaintiff, identified only as “John Doe,” filed the lawsuit Monday morning in Los Angeles County Superior Court. TMZ. He accused Mr Buzbee of “shamelessly trying to extort an exorbitant amount of money from him” and claimed that if he chose to withhold the money he would be riddled with “completely false and horrific allegations”. and pressured them to file a lawsuit. According to TMZ, he went on to explain the nature of his relationship with Diddy, saying he knew the disgraced rap mogul and attended events with him.

According to TMZ, the plaintiffs are being represented by top law firm Quinn Emanuel.

He said Buzbee and his law firm would “completely fabricated charges of sexual assault against the plaintiff (including multiple rapes of minors, both male and female) if the plaintiff refused to comply with their demands.” He claimed that he had threatened to make certain allegations public. According to TMZ, he also called the matter a “ticking clock” by threatening to file a lawsuit against John Doe if Buzbee refuses to mediate to “resolve this sensitive and important matter.” ”, he claimed.

According to his legal filings, a demand letter from Mr. Buzbee stated that he had raped a man and a woman who were under the influence of drugs while attending Mr. Diddy’s party. That’s what it means. He claimed this is not the first time Buzbee has been called out for taking this approach.

According to TMZ, court documents also allege that Buzbee did the same thing against Green Bay Packers kicker Brandon McManus, threatening to sue him for sexual assault. The lawsuit claims the NFL investigated the matter but ended the case due to insufficient evidence.

Buzbee appeared in TMZ’s documentary The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs and appeared to admit that he used the tactic of filling out collection letters with embarrassing information to force a settlement. According to TMZ, he admitted that this tactic is simply the way the system works.
