The Arizona EV Fleet Expo is a free event on March 14th for local business leaders, fleet operators, fleet managers, operations managers, and anyone of any size who wants to learn more about their fleet’s transition to electric vehicles. Intended for other people in the local business field of the sector ( EV). The event will feature the latest electric vehicles, charging options, panelist discussions, workshops and networking opportunities.
The exhibition is hosted by traffic electrification activator (TE activator) and APS. TE Activator is a coalition of local stakeholders dedicated to advancing transportation electrification for the benefit of all Arizonans. Members include SRP, City of Phoenix, City of Tempe, City of Mesa, ASU, American Lung Association, Western Resource Advocates, SWEEP and Shell Recharge.
Speakers at the event include Tempe Mayor Corey Woods and Tempe Sustainability Officer Dr. Braden Kay, who will discuss the importance of the transition to electrification. A panel discussion will also feature SRP and APS utility experts to discuss fleet electrification and its benefits. Automakers and professionals from local organizations, including his ASU, who have already started the transition to electrification. Overview of electrification-related incentive programs and grant opportunities to bring additional funding to the Arizona area.
