It was purchased in partnership with Casa Grande Martin Road & Scott Drive LLC managed by Smita Patil Mehta and Jennifer Verma. This deal equates to approximately 86 cents per foot. This latest addition to the portfolio contributes to Arizona Land Consulting’s notoriously impressive and diverse portfolio of assets.

Arizona Land Consulting’s viable land purchase is specifically adjacent to Casa Grande Municipal Airport. Valuable features of potential industrial development include on-site water and sewerage. This is rather unusual in the Casa Grande area.
Phoenix is ranked #1 in the nation for the fastest growing industrial market. The company’s future plans include the acquisition of Buckeye’s industrial site. This particular site has the infrastructure in place and Arizona Land Consulting is open to investors to participate in the transaction.
