Arizona man accused of pretending to be a doctor

PHOENIX — State investigators are looking for someone who may have been treated by a man pretending to be a doctor.

Jose Andres Lopez The 40 were charged with 48 felony counts of fraud, forgery, identity theft, and computer tampering. I am accused of doing so.

Lopez is not a licensed physician, the AG’s office said.

According to Lopez’s indictment, the alleged crimes occurred between 2017 and 2021.

Arizona Attorney General’s Office On Wednesday, they are looking for individuals who may have received treatment from Lopez at the Institute for Men’s Health and Performance in Mojave County.

Defendant may have used the title “Dr.” “Joseph Lopez” Anyone with information about the defendant can contact his AG office at 928-778-7463.
