Arizona schools rank in bottom of the nation

PHOENIX — Arizona public schools are struggling to keep up with others across the country.

This is according to a recent study completed by WalletHub.com.

Arizona’s public schools rank 48th out of 51. Only schools in Louisiana, Alaska, and New Mexico rank lower.

Arizona ranks 49th in dropout rates, tied with the District of Columbia and New Mexico. In terms of teacher-student ratio, he ranks 49th. It ranks 48th in public school spending.
