Arizona Sonoran Copper Company Inc. (TSX:ASCU | OTCQX:ASCUF) (“ASCU” or the “Company”) today announced that it received a Mining Land Reclamation Permit (“MLRP”) for Cactus from the Arizona Mine Inspectorate’s Office. announced the receipt. The MLRP is a state-level permitting process that controls mining sites and ensures that actions are taken to achieve stability and safety consistent with post-mining land use goals specified in landfill plans. Changes to the site operations plan, such as those defined in the operations pre-feasibility study, may require modifications to the MLRP.

Aquifer Conservation Permit and Stormwater Pollution Control Permit issued by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.

Water rights administered by the Arizona Department of Water Resources.

Dust Control Permit issued by Pinal County Air Quality Authority.and

Approval of the General Plan and Zoning Amendments by the City of Casa Grande.
The Industrial Air Permit is currently being reviewed by the Pinal County Air Quality Authority and is the only major permit remaining before the additional construction and development permits required to carry out the Cactus Project.
