According to the AG’s office, Oguin worked as a nurse under the name “Dr. Pamela Robinson,” treating patients and writing prescriptions.

Public records show that Oguin is suspected of applying for APRN certification in Arizona using personal information stolen from someone in Maine. During this time, Oguin was employed at a wellness center in Youngtown.

In a March 2021 letter to Oguin, the Board of Nursing said, “You misrepresented yourself as a nurse and wrote numerous prescriptions containing controlled substances for multiple patients.”

As part of her plea bargain, prosecutors agreed to drop several other felony charges against Oguin.
